The hostel was fairly sketchy, i.e. booking a private room for security and privacy reasons then coming back at the end of the day to find your, what was once a locked door, wide open. The staff member we spoke with was rude and arrogant and the entire place needed to be scrubbed down. Definately not reccomended.

a little bit of a walk but not too much. They were unable to provide internet while we were there but there was a cheap internet cafe down the street. The biggest drawback was the location. The best part was that you could actually get sleep as it was very quiet neighborhood.

the only problem I encountered was a lack of towels to lend out to customers

There were no lockers in the room and the showers and toilets are a bit dodgy. The staff were awesome and very helpful. Location isn't great, a bit out of the way and the area is known to be a bit rough. The internet wasn't available the entire time i was there. Overall not to bad

kitchen is very dirty! 2nd floor toilet blocked for a day. generally not a very well run place. Staff are friendly enough, but seems to lack motivation. There are much better places for the same amount of money in london such as the generator. we had a double room which looks like a prison cell with bunk beds. will not stay again.

The location is the best thing about this hostel at just 10 minutes walk from Westminster and the London Eye. There was a good and friendly atmosphere which made it easy to meet new people. Breakfast was basic but good as included in the price. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice hostel, a little tucked away but still only a short walk from the metro. very clean, and its an easy walk to the big parts of town.

two box toilets and a single shower for a whole floor, shower clogged, toilets dirty and left uncleaned throughout day, lights in toilet not working, no mirrors in washroom, microscopic sinks, no storage space inside room, no windows in room (!!) and noisy extractor. Not worth its price at weekends.
