As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile. I really enjoyed the stay. Staff was fun and I met great people there. I will go back.

good location near baker line tube station and also close to bus. breakfast included. showers very small. toilet sometimes not working in 2nd floor. nice and friendly staff. round about most arabic shops and restaurants. on weekend small flea market in front of the door. for wifi internet you have to buy a ticket, for exmaple 5 pounds for 3 hours. good creamy john smith beer in the pub.

Decent location...near the Underground. Pretty clean place, good bar downstairs. Showers are tiny so beware if you are clausterphobic. Heaters problematic too. but, overall, a good deal for the price.

I must say that the manager Steven is a very nice and very helpful person at all times. Always with a smile he is willing to assist if you if got a request. Can only give my recommandations to this place. The location is also great, just beside the tube (Bakerloo Line). Remember your ear plugs though, not because of noisy guests, but sometimes you can hear hooting sirens as a police station, a hospital and a fire station are situated nearby.

Although the staff is very friendly and it is right next to a tube station, DO NOT STAY HERE! There is no common area, except for the pub downstairs. There is no reception area, it is in the pub. They do have a computer system to keep track of their guests, but either it doesn't work or the staff is too incompetent to use it properly. They cant seem to keep track of who is what bed or even what room. They could probably keep MUCH better track with a pen and paper. Also, there are no lockers in the rooms for luggage storage. You must keep your luggage next to your bed (if there is space) or down in the basement of the pub. There is no soap in the bathrooms (toilets). There are nice new soap dispensers, but no soap in them. The Bathroom on the top floor was broken AND had no toilet paper dispenser. I am surprised this place hasn't been shut down by the government health inspector. The room I was in was extremely warm because the heater is always on (cant turn it off) and one of the windows is painted shut. Internet access is EXPENSIVE! If you do decide to stay here, go down the street to an internet cafe and pay HALF what this place is charging. One last thing, this hostel is at a very loud intersection and right across the street from the police station. I think I slept maybe 2 hours a night. It was horrible!
