Very surprised to read the last 3 reviews as we found the staff made no effort to communicate with us during our stay (not even a smile or eye contact) which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome our whole stay. There was dirty laundry in the room when we arrived (at 6pm), no sheets on the bed and the door to our room had glass which you could see through. The kitchen was mostly full of dirty dishes and the bathrooms weren't the cleanest, the commmon room felt more like someone's bedroom, rea
