Peter (the man who gave us the key) was nice and very helpful. The location is just in the middle of Prague and the room is fantastic. There is a night bar (playing awful music) in the same building but the noise was bearable. For sure I would go again.

Best place we stayed at on our journey. No reception, but a 24hr phone line you can call if you need help. Beautiful hostel, large clean rooms, working shower, kitchen, 5 mins from Old Town Square, great value for the price.

This property was better once you got inside the apartment. The entrance was dour and in fact there was a nightclub in the basement - we were on 2nd floor. I wouldn't use this property again.

Kafka's Castle is more like renting apartments for the price of a hostel. It was awesome

Perfect hostel for a quiet time. Only two or three bedrooms and more like an apartment than a hostel. We loved it. It was close to everything, the staff where really helpful and it was clean. Being small too was great after staying in some bigger hostels. Highly recommend.

This hostel is in an extremely good location; right smack dab in the middle. It is a great weekend getaway, but don't expect a rager... there are only two rooms so it's a toss-up what the atmosphere will be like. When I was there, there was only 2 other people for 1 of the 2 nights. It was great though cuz we essentially had an apartment for ourselves for a night. If you're in a big group, this place is definitely an ideal spot.

This hostel was perfect for me. I am a seasoned traveller and do not need reception and other frills. However, one thing to note is I had to wait almost one hour for the gentleman to come and open the door after I called 3 times to let management know I would be there. The National Theater and Karvana Slavia coffee house are a short distance from the hostel. Also, the walk along the river to the Charles Bridge is memorable. Double thumbs up.
