Edinburgh Regency Guest House in Bariloche, Scotland

We were not informed that Kaimes Guest House was being renovated by the time we stayed there. Our room smelled badly because of the fresh paint. The breakfast room could not be used. Apart from the inconvience caused by the active renovation works we were not content with the following items: - room door didn't shut properly - toilet was running - very thin blanket, so it was cold in the night - poor breakfast.
