Kathmandu Madhuban Guesthouse in Catania, Nepal

This hostel is the best hostel in Kathmandu just all because of its owner. He is really great and kind guy. Actually the facilities or the atmosphere there are not that good(as you know Nepal is buddha country, so...), quiet atmosphere, no 24-hour hot water. However the kindness of the owner makes everything just perfect. He planned our schedules and called a taxi, and even discounted the taxi charge for us. I got a small problem with my pick-up service which was not that big deal, but the owner DONGHYUN, from South Korea ~ 1st Jan 2012

We had a very enjoyable stay at Kathmandu Madhuban Guesthouse.The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.Everything they recommended from restaurants, to adventure was perfect! The rooms are spacious and as bug free as you will get outside of a five-star (a few mesquitos), cannot beat the price.The rooftop terrace is an excellent place to enjoy a cup of coffee and a good book with a 360 degree mountain view!
