Keernaun House in Nagano, Ireland

Having booked a double room we were very disappointed to be told on arrival that our room had been given to another couple, that there was only a twin room left, and 'that will be ok?' which is wasn't. We were also disappointed to find the bathroom rubbish bin had not been emptied from the previous guest, a used UHT milk container still on the tea tray and long dark hairs from the previous guest on both a pillow under the duvet and on the bedside cabinet.
