Khaosan In Seoul in Busan, South Korea

When I arrived, no one was there! Although I had a booking! Had to wait an hour for someone to show up! The hostel is in a cellar where you can smell the fungus growing! Bernd, from Germany ~ 7th Jan 2012

Mr sea was very kind =) He let us stay in a bigger room then what was booked. He is helpful and nice. The location of the hostel is not too bad. Its just about 5min walk from the subway of hyehwa. In addition, location is very near to the airport bus stop. Surrounding, there are cafes, street food, restaurant, supermarket,etc. Great place to stay in. Priscilla, from Singapore ~ 25th Dec 2011

The location is perfect. The staff (Mr. Sea and another staff) are always willing to help. We found the ventilation of the room pretty poor, but Mr. Sea immediately prepared us for another room. They are always caring. Just a tiny thing needs to be improved is that there's only one toliet in the guest house. It's a bit inconvienient.

Thank you for your review. I hope you to enjoy your time again soon. we have two restroom in ground floor. And in upper Ensuite, we have a rest room and shower room per a room. When you stayed in my hostel, there was a few people in share room. So you used only one restroom. Sorry for about that. Thank you.^^

The staff here is very nice ans super helpful. The location is excellent as the airport bus stop is only with in 3 min (without luggage) of walking distance and 5 min to the subway station. Nearby is a busy street with restaurants and shops. The rooms in the basement is a bit stuffy and smelly as they don't have windows. If they can improve the ventilation of those rooms would be excellent.The only thing has to be improved is the the cleanness of the shower room in basement. wong, from Hong Kong ~ 2nd Nov 2011

The hostel is a very good place to stay in.Though the reception area is a bit wanting in cleanliness, the rooms are very clean and it is up to the guests to maintain the cleanliness.I prefer to use my own towels but they do provide clean ones.Hostel location is very accessible and the staff - Jay - was very accommodating and helpful.You can't ask for more!Excellent place to stay in!
