- “ After I booked, they sent me a follow-up email with very clear instructions on how to get to the hostel, how much a taxi should cost, etc. Upon arrival I was scatter-brained and exhausted and they were very patient and understanding despite my confusing babble. The place has a very "home-y" vibe, which I love. I did feel a little guilty staying out late since I had to wake somebody up to be let back in. But they say this is no problem. Above all the staff are reliable, warm and compassionate! ”
