- “ First of all, They have no proper price system. Whem i arrived, they ask me 1300 HKD. After googling, I refunded 600 HKD. Staff can't speak English at all. They only use doubtful spray.(Even Did Not Brush) 4 person dorms was small and smelly room with small window. I got terrible experience in the guest house. For the Korean Traveler, 절대 가지 마세요. ”

- “ Hard to find - there is no sign "Kingston Inn" or hostel... you look for "Patterson Building" (A, B or C) on the doors to the streets (2). Dorms are horrible - tight quarters, smelly, and showers lack hot water. So, get a private room - hot water, drinking water, AC and TV. Even though the room rates may be higher than advertised, it's worth it. Also, my reservations (2) were not honored or not recorded correctly. No bicycles If you can speak Ch. with the staff, you'll have less difficulties ”

- “ It is very hard to find the hostel, it is in a aparment buildning and no signs. The staff cant speak english and are not so helpful. Otherwise the location is perfect, in the middle in a shopping area, you can esaliy find any food you like and the hostel are close to the subway station. ”

- “ As there are many bad points about this hostel, I cannot recommend it further: 1. I had booked a 4-bed-dorm, but I was assigned a bed in a 8-bed-dorm. The toilets were actually shared by 16(!) people. 2. The bathroom/toilet was not cleaned during my 4 days stay. 3. The staff at the reception does not speak English at all. They call their boss who will translate your request to them. 4. My booking was for the "Kingston Hostel", but I landed in the "Hong Kong Hostel" without notice ”

- “ Kingston "looks" very nice....I booked kingston but after i arrivled there, they saiy my room is in the other building, then found out actually i have to stay in hong kong hostel. Both of the location is very good, HK hostel also was pretty ok, but feel got cheating by the hostel.... ”

- “ I like the location which was very near MTR station. Near Sogo, Time Square, Fashion Walk and etc..... I believe most of the ladies will like this area very much :) Room cleanliness basically still acceptable, only one thing which the bed sheet should change either 2 days once or daily. after 2 nights stay i can feel the itchiness due to dust. ”

- “ My staying in Kingston Inn, Hong Kong, was really the worst experience in all my life visiting hostels arround the world: dirty bathrooms, no reception, there was nobody who can speak english so was really impossible to ask basic questions or ask for help. I really dont recomend it. ”

- “ Hi! I'm from the Philippines, Me and my little girl had a short getaway vacation and we stayed in Kingston Inn. The only thing I must say, the staff doesn't even understand english... Wifi connection is great, Cozy place and well maintain, accesible in all, convenient transit, MTR is just few walk from the hostel. It's a Fashion city I might say! By the way, I would like to thank Mr. Sam for accomodating us for another day. ”

- “ We had a great time staying at Kingston though we only slept at night to get some rest. What I really like is the clean toilet inside the room, aircon, cleanliness, wifi and the location of the hostel. It's good enough for those who are looking for hostel. We hope to have at least a receptionist or any personnel in there who can speak and understand English well. Generally, it's good enough. ”
