Considering this is supposed to be the best hostel in Galway, I was a bit disappointed. I felt it was pretty average. It seemed to be a bit more expensive than the other hostels. Kinlay Hostel was GREAT!! I definitely recommend it for anyone staying in Galway for a few days. Everyone of the staff was so VERY accomodating, helpful, and kind. The kitchen area, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. The atmosphere was fun with young people hanging out talking and playing guitar at night. I had a terrific experience there! The hostel is very clean, and the rooms spacious.The staff is friendly and helpful.The common areas are well lit and inviting.The small things are what make this hostel endearing, and memorable to me.Things such as a writing desk and chair provided in the room, and ample room to store yourbags, make this a very comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay right in the center of Galway.
