It was extremely irritating that the hostel closed down completely from 10 to 17 everyday, so that you didn't even have a place to stay if it was pouring down outside or you just wanted to have a quiet day staying in. And the same goes for the fact that we were not allowed to be in the common room after midnight, which made it impossible to be sociable if the other people in your dorm had gone to bed.
