We couldn´t get the hot water to work.We did not ask the hostel in fairness as it was 6am but very frustrating.

The very helpful, friendly staff were great here.I had a good sized clean room,a comfortable bed,a bit cold but plenty of blankets, good basic breakfast,free internet and 10 minutes walk from the centre of town. I would stay here again.
Koala is a great little hostel to stay at while in Arequipa. The staff is really nice and helpful, the atmosphere is cozy and cheerful with many bright colored walls everywhere. They have a nice roof to relax on, hot showers, and the rooms have high ceilings and are spacious! Breakfast was also nice every morning.

Good accomodation, great location. The best thing about here is Carla and Eduardo - they are incredibly helpful! And they already have knowledge of the Colca Canyon - all you have to do is ask!
