- “ the receptionist is so arrogant,not accomodating, can not understand us. the room is very small, and the bed has so many insects that bites us. we spend sleepless night. the next day, we left early at 8am, that's why. sorry to tell. . . . . . in their brochure, it's very nice, but in actual, so . . . . .very small room for 8 persons. we cannot move. ”

“ VERY DIRTY hostel. Сockroaches, fleas, bugs! The towels what you get in standard categories were used 1000 times before as well as linen in the room. The pics at the web site are not what you get at all, even at the luxury category. A/C in standards is not OK. If you want to wash anything it will be dry in the room in 3 days only. They want 100% money before you see all this hell in the room. Besides they want 100 USD extra as "deposit for the keys". NEVER GO THERE! THIS IS HOSTEL HELL!! ”

FOR YOUR BOOKING IS CHEAPEST ROOM TYPE IN HONG KONG, BEFORE YOU ARRIVAL HONG KONG, YOU ARE ASK ALL PERSONS NEED STAY IN SAME BLOCK SAME FLOOR, AS THESE HIGH SEASON PERIOD, IS VERY HARD TO DO THAT. BUT WE STILL CONFIRMED YOUR REQUEST TO ARRANGE ALL ROOMS STAYED IN TOGETHER AT FINALLY, YOU ARE ALSO NEED PRIVATE BUS TRANSFER EVERYDAY, EVEN THE TIME IS CONFIRMED, BUT YOUR GROUP ARE LATE TIME IN EVERYDAY, FOR THE OVER TIME OF THE BUS DRIVER AND COMPANY, SHOULD NEED THE EXTRA FEES, BUT WHEN YOU CHECKOUT, YOUR GROUP ARE NO AGREE TO PAY THE FEES. FOR THE GODD SERVICE AND CAUSE YOUR GROUP HAVE FLIGHT IN LATE TIME, THE RECEPTION MANAGER ARE NOT CHARGE THE FEES FINALLY. EVERYDAY EVENING, YOUR GROUP PERSONS ARE NOT SLEEP UNTIL 2-3AM, AND MORNING TIME AT 5-6AM, YOU ARE ASK THE STAFFS HELP YOU TO TURN ON THE HOT WATER, A LOT OF CUSTOMERS STAYED NEAR BY YOUR ROOMS CAN'T SLEEP DURING THESE PERIOD. WE ARE SO SORRY FOR THE INCONVIENCE CAUSED TO YOU, BUT PLEASE UNDERSTAND, EVERY DAY YOUR ASK ANY REQUESRT, THE RECEPTION STAFFS ARE PROVIDE TO YOU, LIKE CHANGE THE TOWELS IN ANY TIME, BRING YOUR GROUP TO BUS STATION DURING THE NIGHT TIME, GIVE YOU WASH THE CLOTHES, BUY THE TELEPHONE CARD.... PLEASE UNDERSTAND, THE HOSTEL YOU BOOKED IS CHEAP HOSTELS ONLY, NOT 5 STAR HOTEL, WE ARE SO SORRY FOR YOUR INCONVIENCE CAUSED. MANAGER
