Kuching Waterfront Lodge in Kuching, Malaysia

The staff at the Waterfront lodge are outstanding! the most helpful staff I have come across! For the lodge it self, i stayed in a dorm and it was equiped with bunks, sheets, locker and a blanket. The room has a powerful aircon. There is a shower on the floor for the dorm stayers which has running hot water and also is powerful. Also on the floor is a filtered water machine. The staff at this place are excellent, especially the manager. They are very accommodating to your needs and full of knowledge on the local area. The rooms are clean and there is a good common room with TV and free wireless. They don't charge for towels like many other hostels/hotels in SE Asia. The location is very good as well, right beside the waterfront pathway and calm, organised British colonial buildings plus Chinatown is right behind the hostel with great good.
