when i tried to check out she did not pay very much attention to me and never asked for my key or card. she was busy with other customers and when i stayed standing there she asked what else she could do for me.

Me and my girlfriend stayed at your hotel for some time and loved it! It was nice, fine, functional and we had no complaints. More than that, the staff was simply wonderful - so friendly, kind, nice and helpful. We had a lot of fun talking to them. We are definately recommending your hotel - very much because of the staff.

I never saw such disgusting room. Everywhere dirty, holes in blanket and mildew in the bathroom. I checked in at 11:00 pm and nobody could speak an english word. The Staff and was very unfriendly!

big holes in the towels, toilet did not flush, shower leaking, exhaust fan did not work, bedside lamp did not work, no heating. When I complained about the heating, I was told nothing could be done. There was an air conditioner in the room but no remote. I booked for 4 nights and only stayed 1.
This is a very convenient place to stay in Kunming. Its walking distance to parks and shops and good restaurants. The staff were very helpful, helping us to book our next hostel in Dali, arranging our bus tickets, advising us on good restaurants. There is no lounge, its a place to crash only...but is very clean and convenient.

i think this place is good if you treat this as a "cheap hotel". places are clean and tidy, with tv inside room. but it just didn't look like a hostel. there's no common area or kitchen. it seemed like everyone is on their own (except those in the same room), without any interation with each other.
nice and quiet clean and friendly staff. they lock the gates to get in at midnight and you have to tell them exactly when you'll be back so that sucked... but overall nice place and moneys worth.
