Kunming Upland International Youth Hostel in Kunming, China

I arrived at about 8am and my bed was not ready - this was ok as I was wide awake and also there is a nice lounge area so you can sit and chill out, with free wifi. The bar area was great and they have a quieter space upstairs which was perfect for just relaxing away from the buzzing downstairs. The rooms were nice and clean, however I did find it strange that you had to strip your own bed and take it down to reception when you checked out. Bathroom wasn't very clean on both days I used it! Best hostel in China (except the slow kitchen!)
