LSE Bankside House in Carcassonne, England

Most reception and canteen staff are excellent. I came across a few of them who would need to improve their customer care skills. One particular man seems extremely annoyed with his job, therefore with the customer being served at the reception desk. Another member of canteenstaff definitely needs to review how to address customers courteously. I did enjoy my stay there, though. My room was well furnished, clean and practical. I felt safe.
