Hotel is quite ok. Rooms towards main road a bit noisy. Nothing special there if you want just a bed in a clean room then go ahead. Heard about better accomodations closer to the beach at better rates...

This hotel is in a prime location and the restaurant serves wonderful food. However, we were not impressed with the room, for the same price we have received much better quality in better parts of Goa. We are not fussy travelers but we had to ask for the sheets to be cleaned and even then there were some dubious stains on them. The electricity in Colva goes off regularly so if you stay here, MAKE SURE you ask for an air-conditioned room, it is not a luxury, it's a necessity.

When paying the bill the exchange rate the resort used was not very good, it was cheaper for me to change money for dollars at the bank. I suggest that they use the going rate.

This hotel is excellent. Our next trip to Goa, we will stay at La Ben, clean room and good food and excellent service.Last but not least, a very clean kitchen.

Helpfull staff. Room cleaned daily. Great location near to the beach.
nicely located, OK service, indifferent staff, key of my lock broke just on a feather touch and staff tried to blame me as if i was some kind of a criminal. Final settlement of dues became a pain as the account staff was trying to become smart by calculating dollar to rupee on a much higher rate than what hostelworld.com printout of mine showed. Owner and staff couldn't manage even a single smile in three days stay but this guy Mr. Dinesh was somewhat slightly better than others.
