A nice place, was worth the visit, transport is a bit of an issue if you don't have a car. Also checked out Polvese Island which was awesome would highly recommend staying there too!

this hostel rocks, awesome food being served at all times, the decor is modern and welcoming with excellent lounging areas and it is very near to a beautiful lake in the green area of italy. The hostel offers free bikes to take bike rides around and water sports. The rooms are really clean and it just a wonderful atmosphere. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
This is a sweet Home!
As alot of other reviews have said.. This is the nicest hostel I have ever stayed in. Every other hostel owner should come stay here to see how it should be done. Free internet, free bike hire, free rides to and from the bigger citys, free breakfast that is NOT just stale toast and instant coffee. Awesome owners and staff. There should be more destination hostels like this in the world..

Awesome staff - very supportive and helpful. Nice area, although we found it a little hard to find by car

Loved the free bikes, internet, hammocks, and swimming pool down the road. Was a really relaxing place, good stop off between Rome and Florence.
Best hostel ever. The house is so beautiful, as is the lake area and all the surrounding attractions. The owners are the most friendly and accommodating people you could imagine. Complimentary breakfast is great, free use of bikes, lots of happy guests... You will not want to leave! Especially if you bring bug spray.
Had a good time here, it was a nice place, The owners are really nice and helpful however... the blonde lady with the attitude could cheer up and be a bit more efficient, we missed our train and had to wait 3 hours because she could not find car keys to drop us to the train station (which is 3 km away, the closest station to the hostel does not run on Sundays)

The owners of this hostel are wonderful, very friendly welcoming people. The nearby lake is also quite pretty. If you want a quiet place to relax for a few days it's fine, but it is NOT at all handy for daytrips. Do not stay here is you plan to visit Perugia, especially on a Sunday, as the Train service is terrible.
By far the best Hostel i\'ve stayed in, in Italy, if not Europe!!. Iwas upgraded to my own room with Geranium covered balcony, but still paid dorm prices, Ithink they do this when they are quiet, so I was lucky. Very friendly staff, I was given lifts to San Feliciano, and Passignano, and taken to the station when I left. I will definitley be back, next time with my family. A real find!!.
