- “ no wifi in the room...they told me i have to goto the living room but it was still not working so i had to go all the way to the other side of the hallway to make it work no towel but some hostels dont provide towel and i understand that but most importantly the girl who was working at night and morning time was so sweet and cute gosh....she made my day.... ”

- “ i stayed four nights in la contrrora hostel. hostel is clean and the staff are friendly and really helpful. hostel is near to barberini metro station and near to all the sights of rome. i really liked this hostel and staff and im sure if i travel to rome again i will stay in this hostel. ”

- “ Excellent hostel! The staffs are extremely friendly and they helped me a lot. Location is like 5 minutes walk from metro station. The facilities, atmosphere are all very impressive! Things are extremely clean and tidy. I'm very sure the I will stay in the same one when I go to Rome again :) ”

- “ This was a great hostel. Awesome location, very clean and the staff was amazingly helpful. I would only have two suggestions one being having a power outlet and small light for each bed. Second was the water pressure in the showers went in and out. However, still one of the best hostels I have stayed in during my 3 month tour of Europe. Thanks! ”

- “ The staff was excellent. They were very helpful with anything you needed to know and just extremely friendly. The rooms were great. Lots of room and the lockers actually fit a backpack with room to spare. The community room was great with tour books and computers. I even could connect to the internet from my room. Everything was so clean and new looking. The location was a perfect distance from the train/subway and historical area. I would definitely recommend that anyone going to Rome stay here ”

- “ This hostel had an absolutely FANtastic location! It's a tad hard to find the first time but after that, it's a cinch. The beds were a bit dirty and you can only get wi-fi if you're in the living room which is a bit tough but other than that, it was perfect. The shower was warm, the bathroom clean, and there was a boudoir (if you're into that kind of thing). It had a super cute elevator to come up and a courtyard downstairs. It is warm at night so I would bring the tiniest thing you can find to sleep in ”
