Lovely place, but some people who had been staying there more than a week had never had their rooms cleaned. And for what they charge, there is no excuse for not including internet and breakfast.

Dear Michael Thanks for your review. We feel sorry that you didn’t book a place that would have matched your top selection criteria. We don’t understand how this could have happened since when reading through our website information it’s obvious that the Dolce Vita is not about free internet and included breakfast ! It’s sad too that you don’t seem to have appreciated how clean your room was when you arrived and also that it was cleaned once during your 3-day stay... so, in fact, you should’ve known better than what you’re pretending about our cleaning policy. You didn’t take the time to check out the value of any other Sucre accommodation... it’s a shame you didn’t, as it might have allowed you to actually enjoy the welcoming atmosphere at our guesthouse; your big, nice room; good mattress and pillow as well as the nice shower during your stay !
