  • It would be better if hair dryer is available. Nice staff : ) The room is nice and big.

  • The location was very close to the center of town. None of the staff speaks English. I could not put my bags into my room until after 7pm. There is no wifi in the building where you sleep. You have to go to a local cafe. The room itself was eerie and there were bugs crawling on the floor. I almost left to find another hotel but had already paid for the room. If you are travelling to meet people, you will not meet people here.

  • I was half an hour late arriving. No one answered the phone when I tried to notify them. No one was at the hostel when I arrived & it was two & a half hours before there was a response, which said they had gone shopping, so don't come until 6.00 pm, 4 hours after my arrival. There was no room service for the three days I was there.the location is very good, but I will not recommend the hostel to anyone.

  • This is a guest house in a good location, but Orvieto is pretty small so it's not very far to walk to anywhere. I probably expected a little better for the price, but it was ok. The food in the restaurant downstairs (same owner) was nice. I supplemented the really basic coffee & croissant breakfast across the road at the cafe by buying a bit more.
