- “ Hello, I will try and be very brief with my description. First off Sally is wonderful, she knows a lot of the small Cognac distillers, the good food, and lots of the local environment. You also have to realize that like all places other then big cities (Paris, Bordeaux, etc..) you need a car, bike (might be a stretch) or be an extremely extremely good hiker. Cognac the city can be done in 1-2hrs unless you want to do the Hennessey etc tours. I strongly suggest against it since you have to pay for the tour, ”
