Great hostel in a great locatin as its a very close walk to the E line subway. Very secure with locked external door and 24 hr reception. Breakfast is fine, nothing special just bread coffee and some questionable fruit with some pastrys at the weekend but kitchen facilities are fine for cooking meals. There was a big BBQ and Party on the Sat night we were there...not sure if this is a regular thing. Also there appears to be some longterm guest s its like your a quest in their place. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

The staff and owners were very friendly and helpful. Mattheus even took us out dancing my first night in the hostel to a great club -- excellent! I would definitely stay here again!

La Menesunda was a little far from the main city centers however it was a hop skip and jump away from the subway. It was safe, secure and the staff was incredibly nice and relaxed. If you want to get away from the swells of late night partying this is a great place to be. Coming back to the hostel after a long day was very comforting and relaxing. At first I wanted to move to another hostel to get closer into town but soon I found out that I didn't want to go.

Great staff and experience was fantastic overall. I loved the neighborhood, Bodeo is charming and not touristy. There is a yummy restaurant called pan y arte nearby that shouldn´t be missed as well as homero manzi for a great tango show. The musicians are the clincher, and the food is delicious. If you go to a fulbol game, be prepared for hours of standing in the sun wihtout bathrooms or beverages.
