  • Good stay. Self-serve breakfast (bread, jam, fruit, juice/coffee, milk, cereal). Had an issue with key not working and was upgraded to a different room (staff did not initially believe me that the key did not work and was slightly hostile, but the behavior is understandable given how many people fail to properly use the key). Beds were fine. Nice balconies. Bathrooms were fine. Great distance to metro station, but can walk to many main spots in maybe 10-30 minutes. Noise on the streets at night.

  • I have been staying in many hostels in Madrid this year, but this was a very good experience! Nice location, cosy and nice atmosphere and it was clean. Very good value for money! Only minus was that the shower was little uncomfortable.

  • Great location. Staff speaks English well enough. Tight quarters and tight washrooms. The place is clean, and the morning breakfast is a great moment to meet new people.

  • Amazing location, great staff and generally a good place to meet other travelers. However, the hostel's really big, with many rooms in an older building, so it was difficult to get much sleep during my time there. The walls are thin, the doors/lockers/beds etc. are old and sometimes warped so they can be loud. People are in and out at all hours. The kitchen is a little tight for the number of people staying in the place. Still, the hostel is a great deal and overall, I enjoyed the experience.
