I think it´s the best hostel in Ushuaia.It´s very cosy and also very clean.There are two big and well-equiped kitchen.Christian and Lukas from the reception are very friendly and help you organizing your trip to the Nacionalpark.It´s about 25 Min. walk to the center,but backwards you can take the bus (A or C, 2 Pesos),which only needs 5 min. I absolutely loved my time at La Posta. It´s clean, warm and cozy and makes it easy to meet other travelers. The staff is super friendly and helpful, but it is about a 45 minute walk from the centro. It´s quie a pleasant walk, jut a little chilly at night-- I´d go with a taxi. Highly recommended. Ashby, from USA ~ 29th Mar 2009

My favourite hostel! You feel very much at home, the atmosphere is very nice, very familiar which I didn't expect after reading the reviews. You feel like staying in a hotel more than staying in a hostel. The breakfast is the greatest I've ever seen offered in a hostel. Also they are very helpful (although not all of the information was 100% right, so doublecheck about prices/hours) and nice! They have a washing machine which I found pretty useful.
