Labyrinth Hostels in Vienna, Austria

This has been my worst hostel experience yet. The check in is only open from 2-5 p.m. and then 7 till whenever she decides to leave. At midnight on my second night i was told i had to change rooms. This place is not worth more then 6 or 7 euros a night. 4 bedroom is so tiny its Claustrophobic. If you intend to spend more then 7 or 8 hours in this hostel for sleeping dont go! The Labyrinth Hostel is a very bad hostel. They do not have any of the requiered services, no kitchen, no good bathrooms and so on. The rooms are actually all in different appartments and they obviously tried to get the most money out of the backpackers with giving them a crappy hostel. Overall everything is fine but except the staff(Blond hair wt Asian looked).She was totally not nice and rude.When I was at the reception desk, she was scolding 2 girls in front of me eventhough those girls tried to say sorry but it was not accepted!!! Unfortunately, it happended with me too. With her mood swing and bad temper,she started complaining about how much work she has to do(ex.cleaning toilet mess that s.b. caused. The worst hostel I never even. The room was uncleaned, the were no toilet paper in the bathroom, the floors were never cleaned and the stuff was doing absolutely nothing. I recommend you not to book in this hostel because you are really going to regret. El peor hostal en el que nunca he estado. La habitación estaba sucia, no había papel de baño en los aseos, los suelos no estaban fregados y el personal era desagradable. Te recomiendo que no reserves aquí porque te vas a arrepentir. Labyrinth Hostels seem to rountinely provoke clients by teaming up with 2-3 staff members, and rip off the money paid in advance. I will not get into detail. But, I ended up making them to call the police, after several minutes of argument. The police came, and ordered them to pay me all the money that I paid for 5 days in advance. Several weeks ago, a similiar incident happened at the Friendly Hostel in Paris, France. I asked them to call the police, but they refused. They returned the "EL" K., from USA ~ 9th Sep 2009
