Lacrapro Hotel in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam

I find your all included airport pickup convenient. The staff went beyond all expectations and made my introduction to Vietnam so much easier. While our reservation was for the Lacrapro Hotel, they substituted a hotel that was AWFUL. There was no security, breakfast was about a mile away at a central point, the room was not clean, very noisy and they didn't supply toilet paper. The "window" was a glass block wall high up that didn't operate but let light in the whole night. While I understand that substitutions are sometimes unavoidable this place was not an acceptable substitute. Oh, and the ervice that picked us up, Vietnam ho Susan, from USA ~ 9th Dec 2008
