The place is generally clean and quiet so no problem getting a good night's sleep. I just think that the bed sheets and pillow covers should be changed more regularly as they are not very clean and a bit smelly. No one at reception when I checked out at 8 am!

Sordid ! Located in the most infamous building of Kowloon (Chungking Mansion). A girl alone MUST avoid this guesthouse and the other dozens of this Mansion (it is the same staff and the same tiny horrible rooms everywhere !).

Good location. Close to the ferry harbor, metro, sightseeing areas, shops, etc.. The room I got had a really tiny bathroom, and the TV did not work..but the AC + huge fan will keep you cool. Staffs are cool as well. :)

think twice before u book this hostel especially ladies cause before u entering this hostel which located in a building , on it's ground floor got lot of shops and saturated with indian, african , and nigro (i'm not really sure where are they come from) . Over all jz appreciate the stuff in cleaning the room coz it's really clean .

I booked the las vegas and was roomed in the heaven guesthouse and surely this is not with the hostel world terms, it was expensive for what it was aswell!!!!!

HK is amazing place to travel and even this hostel,staff are so friendly and guest who stay here is kindly too.The hostel is so neat and I think it would be more suitable for couple travellers and Female backpackers.I would like to travel HK again.

Despite we thought we knew what to expect, we were a little bit culture-shocked. It was hard to find the right floor because of a weird lift and stairs system, when we found it no-one was there, and we had to ask our way around until we got something from a different hotel located on a different floor. The room was ridiculously tiny but clean, however the whole building was a bit ruddy. Try to find a hotel which is NOT in this building complex, then go there to have lunch instead and you\'ll see why.

When I arrived they had no rooms available and took no responsibility. Very poor form, guys. Get your act together. Gauntlet of guesthouse hawkers on first floor of bldg. I am pretty sure most of the people here are NOT backpackers, nearly everyone I saw was male, and WikiTravel suggests a lot of these guesthouses may be housing illegal immigrant workers. There is a similar building just a block away called Mirador Mansions, which seemed better.
