Beijing Leo Hostel in Phuket, China

Leo Hostels is in renovation and nobody told us. So we were directed to Leo courtyard one km. down the road. poor room,tv didn't work,bad sheets and towels,to lock the door was very difficult.So we left after one night and we didn't get back our deposit for the remaining three nights.

dear guests we are so sorry for this problem. well we have a good news that the renovations is just finishes . now you will see more nice and comfortable new leo hostel and you will enjoy stay here ....

The staff should learn to count! We've booked a 4 - beds room and we've goot 6 beds room. They don't understand that for us it's not the same, it means more people in a small piece... And the first night they sent us to the other hostel, because THE PEOPLE DIDN"T WANT TO CHECK OUT of our room we've booked. Funny? Now maybe, but this day not. Mariola, from Poland ~ 4th Aug 2011
