For the price we expect more. While the booking we got informed that the breakfast is included. It was separately and to the same price like in Switzerland.

This a a great place for the right trip. I went as a backpacker and was very much out of place among the British and Russian package tourists. For a package holiday, especially with kids, it's a perfect spot. Lovely pool and gardens and charming staff.
Leoney is a really lovely resort if you are looking to get away from it all. I stayed in a delux air conditioned room, which was very spacious and clean. The whole place is very well maintained and neat. The pool bar does a delicious butter chicken curry. All in all the food was tasty. The only down points (and this is coming from a young person), you have to get a taxi to any decent resturants and nightlife. As I mentioned above, this resort really is for people who want to get away from the stresses of western life. The beach is a five minute walk but it's not one of Goas nicest. On the plus side it is not as busy and hectic as Baga Beach. I stayed in 7 hotels in India and the room at Leoney was my favourite. Hope this helps anyone who is thinking of staying at Leoney.

Hello hostelworld, I will complete my reveiw shortly. My chief concern is that Leoney Resort in Vagator, Goa; failed to deduct our deposit when we checked out. I have emailed and spoken with the owner and she is looking into it but appeared to be unfamiliar in dealing with booking from hostelworld. Is there anyway you can confirm to them that I paid a deposit of 660 rupees when I booked with your service and she should refund this to me. Many thanks Annette Dance.

Perfect place if you are looking for peaceful and quite atmosphere. AC rooms and bungalows. Located 4 minutes walk from Vagator Beach and 10 minutes from Anjuna beac on scuter that can be rented in the complex.

4 minutes walk to Vagator Beach and a 15 minute scooter ride from Anjuna. The ceilings were pretty because they were high, but it made the fan not as effective and the non ac rooms were REALLY hot! Make sure you eat, rent taxis, and scooters two hotels down at Salt n Pepper. It's a lot cheaper and they're a sweet family.
The villas are smart, stand alone ones set amongst palm trees. If you are lucky monkeys will come and visit. The villas are secure and we had no problems leaving our valuables in our rooms. The pool is really nice. It is a relatively expensive place to stay. After staying for two weeks, we were unimpressed by the owner wanting to charge us for an extra half day so we could have a late (2hr) checkout before catching a taxi to the railway station! The Moon Dance cafe that is a 2 minute walk down the road has excellent staff and great food that we would thoroughly recommend!!!
