This was a really good hostel, with large rooms and a fantastic kitchen. However, just a couple of minor things, some of the showers don't have doors and there was a tap that didn't work, plus no soap of some of the dispensers. Frances, from New Zealand ~ 21st Oct 2009

great staff, friendly and obliging, hapopy to help out with extra information. well equipped kitchen with free tea and coffee, free internet. location really is excellent, just a few minutes on foot from the train station. would definitelely stay there again. Hannah, from Australia ~ 26th Sep 2009

lette'm sleep hostel is not a bad hostel to stay in cos it's cheap and certainly have great sense of community when i'm there. having kitchen and internet are always great attractions when promoting a hostel. only thing i did have concerns about were showers and toilets, as i thought they were a bit dirty and too few for such a large number of people on each floor. other than that, all good Daniel, from Australia ~ 25th Jul 2009

The code for the front door is the same for everyone so peoples friends can memorize it. No keys for the doors. Bathrooms are co-ed. Staff isn't friendly at all and don't really know where anything is. Brittony, from USA ~ 4th Jun 2009

I woke up COVERED in bed bug bites! Worse expierence i EVER had and i left 2 days early because i just kept getting bit and they didn't give me my money back! The doctor i went to see told me i need to report you guys! Absolutely the most gross place I've ever stayed in! The bathroom also smelt like Vommit, but honestly that is the least of my worries. Bed bugs are so hard to get rid of--it cost me a ton of money to get rid of them-- all because of your nasty hostel! I'm going to rate you, as I' Cynthia, from USA ~ 3rd May 2009

Cozy hostel. LOVED the view from my room and its location. The lockers were VERY loud especially at 4 am with continued opening and closing (this comment is directed towards people who stay in the rooms... please be quiet at ungodly hours). Free internet was great. Katie, from USA ~ 31st Dec 2008

The hostel was alright, but it seems that they bank on being one of the only hostels in the city. There are no locks on the doors, so anyone from the hostel can come in. That was my main complaint. The decor was fairly cool. You have to rent sheets if you don\'t have your own, and the pillows are really nasty looking. Dan, from Canada ~ 24th Dec 2008
