This hostel was recommended tome from the "Rough Guides" book on Argentina, so I assumed it would be decent at worst. In fact, it turned out to be so bad that we left after the first night. No need to get into details about why it sucked, because just about everything you might expect from an accommodation was either missing or piss poor. Don't stay here!

Yes the floors are filfthy, the bathrooms disgusting, no working outlets in the rooms... But it was somewhere to sleep.

This is the worst hostel I have ever been in. Few few imagination and love to conduct it. I don´t recomend it at all.

Not very pleasant stay, I had to leave earlier because of abuse of noise, dirt pool and pipes in terrible shape. The administrator said:"don't worry, the pipes will stop leaking and repair irself". I decided to move to the hotel across the street. I do not commend this place.

The staff are disorganized and lose reservations. The security is nonexsistent-no lockers only an unlocked office to store your valuables in. The floors in the rooms are filthy

We were very unhappy with the treatment we received from the staff. We decided to leave after one night because the rooms were dirty and it was very hot in the rooms. They failed to tell us that if you wanted air conditioning you needed to ask and would not put our $9 deposit toward our bill. They were very rude and not accomadating. Find another place, hostelling international is a better choice or there are nicer choices in Mendoza.
