Very friendly and helpfull staff!!! Great help organizing tours and tickets! Nice clean room, - nice with dorm-room with only 6 beds and a privat locker to your belongings!

The tours are not so excellent. Try hanging around on your own . Perhaps my tour to Halong Bay was bad luck, but nothing seemed in the place it was supposed to be!! Check ouy\t your tours carefully, and IF you can, avoid them. The hotel was really good. I even recovered my camara after losing it !!

This place was great - total haven from the chaos of Hanoi. Loved the little touches like fresh fruit everyday and airport pickup. People were really helpful and friendly but they maybe pushed the tours a bit too much...apart from this it was a great place to stay and we will be coming back!
I stayed in the dorm here and was pleasantly surprised. It was clean and very comfortable. The day staff is very nice and helpful. The free breakfast is simple, but just what I need to start the day. Highly recommend for budget travelers.
This place is brilliant, but I think a few cons are always helpful, nomatter how insignificant they may seem. It's on a noisy (horns!) road, and there isn't a lift...our room was on 4th floor which was tiring! Finally, they add a lot on to any trips/flights you book through them so probs best to book your own.
