It is a shame that the hostel is so far from the downtown , especially because a single ride in the metro is £4 .... really nice hoste"ls, really nice staff, if you are staying just for a nigth or two and planning to go out, think about it because of the metro price maybe you can do cheaper by staying in another hostels, for longer stayd i guess with the oyster card should be a problem ;) Manuel, from El Salvador ~ 17th Aug 2009

Far from city center, but the place is clean, well-organized, and staff is friendly. Value for money! Pauline, from Netherlands ~ 5th Aug 2009

The way from Hendon to the centre its to far! So we had lost time during the day to go an go...The Location is not god! We had to go in the morning early...and we didn't have any bus, so we had to walk about 30 minutes to the train station...you could imagine... Vanessa, from Switzerland ~ 13th Jun 2009

The staff was nice, but there were only 3 toilets for at least 50 guests, and it didn't necessarily feel clean. Next to a metro station, but i takes awhile to actually get anywhere from there-it is on the outskirts. It was cheap though. Laura, from USA ~ 11th Jun 2009

More like a frat house, not dirty thou. Some of the people there had been living there for over a year, so they had their own little family. It is located 30 minutes out of London, I didn`t mind the metro ride, but some might. Stayed in a 17 bed dorm, pretty big room so it wasn`t too cramped. Like I said some of the guests had their own little family so it wasn`t the best fun atmosphere. It was cheap thou, so I would probably stay here again. Joseph, from USA ~ 27th May 2009

Well, I spent a night there. It's very correct if u don't stay too much... Everyone are cool there and for the price u pay u've got what u need a bed and some nice roommates. The plus: u can use internet, I suppose for free! Bakèla, from France ~ 20th Apr 2009

The kitchen was disgusting just a few hours after they cleaned it in the morning, drunks took over the lobby constantly, and reception doesn't start until 9 in the a.m. so you have to plan the night before if you want any of your deposits back- including turing in your key-card so it's a pain getting in and out after 10 your last night there. It's about a 30-40min tube ride to victoria station. wouldn't stay there again, 'cept for maybe the price. Michele, from USA ~ 25th Mar 2009

I stayed in a 12 bed dorm and got what I expected. The only problem was there are 3 beds to a bunk and all move when someone climbs in/out or so much as rolls over in any one of them. Very close to the tube stop- but is 6-8 GBP to get in and out of Central London. I felt very safein the area- even late at night, and there was little street noise to disturb sleep. To come in after 10 pm you need a pass card requiring a 5 GBP deposit. To secure your belongings, small lockers are available (my lapt Stefanie, from USA ~ 22nd Mar 2009

Good Hostel, nice if it was better if the basement had better lighting and more seating and better areas to drink and meet people. Darren and Ajay are good blokes. Buy them a beer. Paul, from Australia ~ 14th Aug 2009
