Nice hotel! We rated "Fun" as average, but from us it's a positive comment, as for us a hotel / hostel is not meant to be "fun", just a place to rest. A few improvement suggestions, however: Soundproofing could be a bit better (the doors bang loudly) and it would be a big help to have a few coatracks in the room & bathroom, and possibly a small chair. This would help a lot with hanging clothes and towels, and is also a cheap thing to realise.

I needed the invoice, covering total cost including 10% deposit+service charge (Charged earlier on my credit card). From hotel reception I got only receipt for amount paid in cash upon my arrival to the hotel. This is not enough to obtain reimbursement from my employer.I faxed and mailed to the hotel, but up to now there is not any answer. Could you help me to receive the invoice I need?

Very good hotel, great spot and there is loads of free wifi in the area. Mc Donalds has a good connection and you don't have to buy anything to use it but if you are keen for a beer while you surf goto the porchester pub and they will give you free access. I would stay there again every thing is brand new, very clean and very quiet.

This is an excellent place to stay in London. It’s very close to the Bayswater tube station. At late night, buses that work 24 hours a day passes very close to the hostel. The only problem I found is that they are working on some areas and its very noisy, but its not a big deal. I stayed in one private room; the room was clean, roomy and comfortable. Next time I travel to London I will stay there, no doubt about it.

This hotel is a shell of a nice place to stay. In this case appearances are decieving: The lobby, breakfast room, hallways, etc. are all very nice clean even fancy and the rooms themselves are a joke. It was a cubicle of a room with a tiny little bed that I could feel every spring in my mattress. The walls had huge cracks in them and there was only one outlet. The staff was not all that friendly and they charged for every extra little thing such as storing your passport.

Great location right around the corner from Bays Water station and short walk to 2 more stations. Would definitely stay there again.
