This trip to Tenerife was a blast because this hostel and the people working and staying there just added the personal touch and the warmth that made this trip so much more than your ordinary vacation! The staff is multinational, at the moment people from Italy, Uruguay, England, France and Finnland are giving their very best to make you feel home away from home. Very nice hostel or even more than a hostel. The owner was very nice and helpfull. Spanish girl who also works there was very helpful and friendly and so nice! Unfortunatly the French girl was not helpfull at all. She seemed like she was on vacation and not at work. She ignored some of my questions. Fortunately, she is not going to work there any longer. The hostel is fantastic, the people are relaxed in a great atmosphere and very friendly. The location is really nice, and the good prices includes a wonderful breakfast (that I never saw in any other hostels that I used before). Very nice hostel on a good location near the airport and the beach. Bike rental is a plus and very helpful staff! Francesco helped us searching for a good priced en friendly dive instructor and even accomodotion. Has all the usual like wifi, tv, kitchen and laundry service with on top of that a gym area and a very good vibe! Would definitely recommand this place! Only tip: put a big and clear HOSTEL sign on the door which makes it easier to recognize Felix, from Netherlands ~ 11th Sep 2011
