My stay in this hostel was nice, the staff is very kind and helpful and the location is excelent, just a few minutes from the Puerta del Sol, Opera, Royal Palace and other interesting places.

The hosteli in a perfect plce, my only complaint is the crowded rooms, 12 people per room, plus no air conditioning or small fans near th bed,make it extremely hot especially at night when all the bodies are there sleeping. And noisy room mates as well, but thatgoes for every hostel i stayed in.

Great location right on a pedestrian mall with lots of good shops and cafes nearby. The kitchen was nice, though breakfast was skimpy. A bit noisy, but all those people make it a great place to meet other travelers.

staff were amazing!!! so nice. really comfy beds aswell. located near good metro station to connect all over madrid, but you can easily walk to most landmarks (palace is only 5 mins away). id reccomend it

This place was fantastic - I can't imagine having a better time. The only bad part was that someone snatched my wallet while I was sleeping. But seriously... really clean, friendly, fun people, great staff. I highly recommend it.

Very nice hostel and simply but the only one thing I'm not appriciate is the cleanliness of the bathroom and toilet as no staff keep cleaning.

Have you ever been watched by BIG MOTHER? If you want to feel like a kid again...with all the restrictions of being a kid again...stay here. The diversity of the guests makes this place worthwhile though!!!

Staff was very helpful. There was a group of Irish who were very noisy, so staff found me another room and finally made them leave. They answered all of my questions and were very courteous. Great experience.

A great stay. I do advise, however, if you stay at this hostel, please have a sense of humor. The staff here are very hillarious and may come off offensive but they're cool people. They will joke with you nonstop.
