Their adress number is not what it is written on HostelWorld, but it is 50 meters from number 72 (which is an hospital...). Make sure you really know at what time you arrive, because it is the first time an hostel give my room because I didn\'t arrive right on time! \"Bar\" means a fridge with some Tsingtao. \"Buffet\" means some soup. No Kitchen. Hard beds. AC, TV and locker. No key for your room (they have one at the front desk, that\'s it).

Very clean, well located near train station and route to Longmen Caves. Staff is nice but often preoccupied and it can take a while to get help from them.

don't seem to care about comfort of customers! I tried to book a trai ticket, which i was told i had! then the next day, they said there was no tickets, and i should go to the train station myself. If you dont want to provide the sevice of booking train tickets, dont offer it!

This is a very busy hostel but it is in an ideal location. The noise from the construction was not a big deal because they put me on the opposite side. The only thing I do not recommend is the terracota warriors tour. The guide pushed us through as fast as she could. We ended up missing some of the information and then she tried selling us as much crap as possible having us stop at the silk factory and the statue making factory. You are better off just catching a bus.

nice location near the train station, however no directions on the hostelworld site make it hard to find without local help or getting conned by a taxi driver! Otherwise nice clean place, with helpful staff. Also cheap beers.

We can't complain about this hostel. However they could improve the bathroom and give their guests some privacy by putting up shower curtains...

Hopeless.We filled in a form no other hostel ever asked of us.They gave us the incorrect information to fill in the form.We were then pestered THREE TIMES because each time we filled in the form it seemed to be wrong.The place was like a PRISON.There was damp on the wall, no heating,no hot water and the drains stank. We were told that they didn't sell travel tickets and then after I had walked round Luoyang trying to find somewhere that did, they tell me that they DO sell train tickets.We told them that we wanted to get to Pingyao so they tell us that we have to go to Taiyuan for a connecting train. The train STOPPED at Pingyao two stops before Taiyuan but we couldn't get off the train because our ticket said Taiyuan. So, we then have to go back to Pingyao on another train and spend 2 hours in the hard seat compartment.They couldn't even be bothered to give us the correct information once.Appalling the worst Hostel ever.If Hostelworld wants a decent reputation, take this Hostel of your listing.
