The hostel was fine, but was not well located at all and did not have a good environment fora travel hostel. They played music really loudly, even early in the morning. I would not recommend staying here, although the beds are very large and comfortable.

Very new and clean hostel. Everything comfy, warm big down blankets, big twins in the dorms. Somehow though, despite its being so nice, the atmosphere was a little cold...didn't like it nearly as much as some of our other hostels.

The cleanest hostel, hottest shower and most comfortable bed I have experienced in 2 months in Chile. Very nice atmosphere and furniture, and great breakfast too. First Rate!

This review may not reflect the hostal itself as it is a lovely building. The problem is you can hear everything everywhere. The staff seem to think everyone wants to listen to music blaring until two in the morning and all day. WE DONT. Also, things like checking in and out seem like major tasks. No traveller wants to have to fill a qustionaire after a 13 hour flight.

A very quiet place with real good beds. Staff was friendly and competent. Breakfast is good with fresh eggs every morning. Just one thing change Nescafe for real coffee. Hostel is two blocks from Los Heroes metro station and Airport bus terminal.

The staff was not friendly and a bit aggressive at times. The showers need to be cleaned more often, they had hair in the drains gross

could not imagine a better place to stay. as a solo, young traveler, I was pleased to find everyone on staff and staying in the hostel so friendly. good music library, very comfortable beds and sheets, always clean, and just an overall GREAT vibe. Juane has created a perfect hostel, and his staff does an amazing job keeping it that way.
