We arrived exactly when we were supposed to, but no one was there. Just a sign, "come back 30 min later.." 30 min later it was a sign "come back 60 min later" what was also bad was the fact that the internet never worked while we were there, and noone could fix it... Exept form that, the place was ok, but i'm not impressed by the staff who were more anoying than to any help. The owner was out though, i gueess it would have been better if he was there. if u visit at Niagara falls, i'd like to recommend u to stay here! This hostel is cozy and clean, good. Besides The staff (Pattrick), He is pretty nice, thoughtful and friendly to backpackers. Just come here and enjoy the Niagara falls with this hostel. seung june, from South Korea ~ 13th Oct 2009

I really enjoyed my stay at the Lyons House Hostel and the owner, Patrick, made sure that I enjoyed my visit . He was very cool to talk to and even took the time to draw out a map to all the cool places. He really went out of his way for me on numerous times and I really appreciate it. recuperation(GLASS ,PAPER ,PLASTIC) would be appreciate.More local fruits at breakfast as we are in the area and good season for it.Some advice to be more quiet after by example 11 pm.For the lightening we would suggest more intimate lights ...In conclusion,Patrick is a wonderful hote and Marie is dooing a very good job to keep the place clean and enjoyable... martine, from Canada ~ 28th Sep 2009
