This place has the most amazing, patient staff! I managed to book on the wrong date, but got a room anyway when I showed up in the reception. And I even got it at the same initial price. Great service. And hey, the boys are hot too! Don't hesitate: this is the hostel to stay with in Berlin. Marianne, from Norway ~ 1st Sep 2009
