- “ I just stayed for a night but the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean. Especially the bath rooms. A plus is that toilet and shower are separated. The location is also very good. just 15 minutes by underground from the city center. The price is also almost unbeatable if booking at least 2 weeks in advance. ”

- “ It's not that expensive, thinking on the alternatives in Vienna, but not as cheap as a Backpackers would like. Breakfast is not included (€5,90 extra is too much even if food provided is plentiful). It wasn't a good period to go there because of the renovation works on the U1 metro line, but it's not a fault of the Meininger Hostel. Indeed, they were quite comprehensive in pointing out alternative solutions to reach the city center. ”

- “ 1)Larger area for reception as you have >100 beds and only 1-2 staff on duty for check in and check out. 2)Guest kitchen and laundry area are very dirty. Recommend to have 2 times a day house keeping. By the way, chairs in the area are all broken. 3)The reading light is suggested especially for bunk bed type. ”
