it's a great location, but the beds were terrible. I stayed in a doorm room for 4 people on the 6th floor and was good, a lot of shared bathroom facilities. After that we had to move to a doormroom on the 3th floor and we had 1 really small bathroom with 8 people. Jits, from Netherlands ~ 9th May 2012

The room was completely dirty, the mattress was disgusting, the bedlinen and the duvet were partly yellowish ( pee ??!! ) and the furniture wasnt as shown on the pictures . I got a towel that didnt look like on the pictures at all !! youve got all these nice red accessoires like towels or blankets in your pictures online that were not in the rooms !! its really rude that you present your hostel as something that its not. plus the most horrible things were the showers in the 6th floor!! 4 Stars, the staff are consistently courteous and professional. The rooms and facilities are exactly as shown in the photos and the locations is nice. Of all the places I have stayed at this is the best so far and I will always come back. The only concern is the price is higher than other hostels, internet is not free, and check in/out time later. But if price is not an issue and quality is important then this is a good choice. Very clean friendly and helpful staff bathrooms inside the room were a bit small. There was no kitchen, just a cefeteria where you paid to eat breakfast. Hostel had a hotel-like feel. Not really what I was looking for but not a complaint. Note there's no kitchen. I didn't notice this beforehand. The location is very posh, and it's near several buses and the tube. My only complaint is that they didn't clean the bathroom for the first four days I was there. I had to request that someone clean it twice. 12 people using two tiny bathrooms - it was gross after four days and all the bins were overflowing. The room was OK for me and my two friends. But there were some things we didn't like. The 'bathroom' was very small and we didn't have warm water all the time (especially in the morning).
