“ By far the worst experience I have ever encountered with customer service particularly during traveling. Shocked at the lack of respect the manager had for the guests and was absolutely no help in catering to our needs and hearing our concerns out. Trash service, the blonde manager had a sour attitude and clearly was miserable to be working there and has no place to be running customer service because she most definitely failed and had zero empathy. Save your money don’t come here. ”

“ Easy access to tube from Gloucester road stop (Piccadilly to/from Heathrow) 5 min walk. Hostel staff are great, WIFI works fine and nice amenities incl cafe and breakfast. Room was a bit cramped but bed comfy enough although storage was awkward as some of the lockers did not work correctly. The neighborhood is interesting culturally and fun to explore. Overall I liked it and may return when live brings me back to London. ”
