Three of us booked in for the same room and arrival were told we were to be separated. Kitchen was rather untidy, and had to wait a good half hour for someone to arrive when we first got to it. Basic set up really. Staff not overly helpful.

I loved this place. It was like staying with friends. Plus you can\'t beat the free cornflakes for breakfast. The beds are really nice too! The staff is more than willing to give you tips on how to have the best time while you\'re in Kilkenny. Be sure to check on the many pubs featuring live Irish music just down the street.

The location wasn't the best, but it was probably one of the cleanest hostels we had! The staff is incredibly friendly! I highly recommend it!

We really liked this hostel. The owner was very friendly, place was clean, kitchen always open with cereal and milk and stuff provided for breakfast. Very cheap internet access. Overall great place to stay in kilkenny!
