Horrible service, first room had bed bugs, horrible staff assistance said nothing we can do, no negotiations and no refunds - If you're hostel has bugs you aren't taking care of that's not my fault and I should have the right to get my money back.- Rude Staff decided switching rooms and giving us an extra sheet would suffice, which is completely idiotic since that will do absolutely nothing.
