Stayed in an ensuite triple.Rooms were very clean.Only few mins walk to beach and big shopping mall.This isn't a criticism of the hostel, but if you're looking for a tranquil break then stay out of the Patong area completely.If you like watersports, bars & clubs then def your ideal place.

The owner of this place is unkind. After messing up on our booking, he woke us up in the middle of the night threatening to kick us out if we did not pay extra. Turns out we were right and made the right booking...we would have been happy to pay the price difference if we made the mistake, but regardless, waking up someone in the middle of the night and threatening to kick them out was unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I would recommend staying at SOM GUESTHOUSE instead. It's a little further, but incredibly clean, with AC, and a wonderful staff who treat you with kindness, all for a cheaper price. SOM GUEASTHOUSE is still only 10 minutes walking distance away form the action. Don't stay at mama's residence.

Can:t really beat the location, right at the top of the main strip. Staff couldnt speak english so dont expect to get any help on what to do or basically anything. If you want a place that has clean rooms that are quiet, in a perfect location and safe, this is your spot. If you want to meet people and party or need extra advice on what to do in Phuket, not your spot

A nice place in a great location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are simple but have all the necessary things for a comfortable stay. Only downside is unexplained banging/booming noises occur 24/7, this could be other guests though... I would go back.
A good central location. Rooms were clean. A good base for Patong beach which is only a few minutes away.
