One of the best hostel experience I've ever had. The staff is super friendly and helpful - David, Mauricio and Gaspar especially! The place is spotless, and the floors seem like they're cleaned hourly. There are a few ants and bugs - but you can't escape them anywhere in Nicaragua. It's extremely comfortable and very well-priced. It is one of the safest hostels I've been to: only staff opens the gates and all rooms have keys. There are two buildings very near each other, the main one

Unfortunately there have been more "guests" in the room, small ones and many of them! Also the air condition turned on only for some hours a day!

Safest hostel in the city, but you still need to be careful and not walk around alone at night. Dorm is next to a window and the outside noise (especially of partying hostelers) can be painfully loud. Night is hot. The common area and outside patio was very nice. Not perfect, but safest place to stay in the city, so worth it.

This was a nice hostel, and the owner was really helpful helping us plan the rest of our trip. Free internet was a plus, though there´s only one computer. My only gripe was that I couldn´t find a restaurant open for breakfast, althought there was a market.

Our bagage was delayed and we were supposed to get it delivered to the hostel the morning after the arrival, but nothing happened. We could hear a phone ring all day, but no one answered the phone - it was behind a locked door. Turns out it was the driver of the bags, who couldnt find the place and tried to get hold of us

I had a nice time, and the staff was lovely, but I unfortunately woke up covered in flea bites. However, if you are undeterred by the presence of small pests in your bed you can meet some nice people to travel with and enjoy relative comfort in what seemed like a safe area. Besides, there´s not really any reason to spend more than a bare minimum of time in Managua for the average traveler, so it wasn´t so bad really.
