- “ The first room we got was a room directly to a pool with wasted water which was not on the picture when we ordered the room. After a big dicussion we got an other room. But anyway this is not a good start of a vaccation. We paid a lot of money for a very poor service. No help for luggage. You have to climb 150 stairs up and down without help. We absolutely cannot recommend this place ”

- “ very rustic and pretty, but being in the middle of the jungle and all, you can expect to find some six-legged roommates. pretty far from the "center" and a bit of an uphill hike. staff is hands down best staff i've ever encountered. wonderful, wonderful staff. ”
